The PRC is a small, intimate sanctuary for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.

The center is located a mile high in the Chiriqui mountains of Panama. The cloud forest offers hiking trails, natural hot springs, trout fishing, bird watching and much more. Lush vegetation and exotic flowers adorn the landscape all year round. The area boasts perfect temperatures: Daytime +22 C - +26 C, Nighttime +14 C - +18 C.

Gudrun LeDuc has over twenty years of teaching experience in Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. She is a certified Shiatsu massage therapist. Founder of the 5 Elements School in Montreal, Canada since 1990, with a retreat centre in the Chiriqui mountains, Cerro Punta, Panama.
